Terms of Service
Last updated 23 August 2026
OrderSeedha is a small pilot. These terms describe how ordering here actually works — what you pay, who you are paying, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Who you are buying from
Bake Ur Day is the seller — for most outlets that is ZLOZE FOOD PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Bake Ur Day; the licensee for the outlet you order from is the one on the FSSAI number shown on its menu page. They bake the food, deliver it with their own riders, take your cash at the door, and are the party you have the contract with. OrderSeedha is the ordering platform — we run the website, pass your order to the shop, and take a commission from them for it.
In practice: anything about the food, the delivery or your money goes to the bakery first. Anything about the website goes to us.
Placing an order
Pick a delivery location, choose a restaurant that delivers to it, build your order and place it. The bakery then calls you to confirm. Your order is not accepted until they do — placing it is a request, and the call is where it becomes an order. Please answer the phone; an order nobody can confirm does not get baked.
What you pay
- Menu prices are the bakery's own counter prices — the same as walking into the shop. Taxes are already included and nothing is added at checkout.
- You get 5% off the item total, always — or a promo code instead. A code replaces the 5% for that order; the two never stack, and the bill shows whichever one applied.
- During this pilot there is no delivery fee and no packaging fee, and no minimum order.
- The cash total is rounded to the nearest rupee, because a rider cannot make change in paise. The rounding is shown on your bill.
The amount on your order confirmation screen is the amount to have ready.
Paying
Cash on delivery only. There is no online payment on this site — no cards, no UPI, no wallet. You pay the rider when the food arrives. Nothing is taken from you before that, which also means there is nothing to refund if an order does not go ahead.
If you have never had an order delivered by us before, your first cash order is capped at ₹2,500. For anything larger, call the shop directly and they will take the order themselves.
Delivery
Delivery is by the bakery's own riders, to addresses within 3 km of the outlet you ordered from. If you are outside that, the site will tell you before you order rather than after.
Each outlet delivers during its own opening hours, which are shown on its page. Times given anywhere on the site are estimates, not guarantees.
Cancelling
You have 30 seconds after placing an order to cancel it yourself — a Cancel button with a countdown sits on your order screen for exactly that long. No reason needed, nothing to pay: your order is cash on delivery, so nothing has been collected and there is nothing to refund.
After the 30 seconds, call the outlet — the number is on your order screen, and they answer. Once the bakery has accepted your order they have started making it, so whether a late cancellation is possible is their call, not ours.
The bakery can also decline an order before accepting it — an item has run out, the kitchen is at capacity — and the reason they give is shown on your order screen. Nothing is charged in that case either.
If the bakery cannot take your order
They may reject an order — an item has run out, the kitchen is at capacity, the address turns out to be unreachable. They have to give a reason and you will see it. Since nothing has been charged, there is nothing to refund.
Refusing to pay at the door
Cash on delivery only works if the cash arrives. If an order is refused at the door after it has been made and delivered, that phone number is blocked from ordering again. The bakery has already paid for the ingredients and the trip.
If your order turns up wrong, damaged or late, that is a different thing — talk to the bakery, and they will sort it out with you.
Something wrong with your order
Call the outlet on the number shown with your order. They made the food and they resolve it. If you cannot get anywhere with them, write to us and we will take it up on your behalf.
Using the site
Please give a phone number and address you can actually be reached at. Placing orders you do not intend to accept, or interfering with the site, will get the number blocked.
This is a pilot. The site may be unavailable at times, restaurants may go offline, and features will change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
